Education Volunteer, founded by MANISHIMWE Marc, is a personal initiative dedicated to advancing Rwanda’s development through high-quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The platform offers practical tools, tailored guidance, and mentorship to new trainers, deputy headteachers, trainees, and schools, particularly those in their early stages.

With a strong emphasis on industrial attachment, effective teaching practices, and educational leadership, Education Volunteer works to strengthen professional skills, build confidence, and promote excellence within the TVET sector. All activities and resources are aligned with the guidelines set by the competent institutions to ensure quality and relevance.

Through a spirit of mentorship and shared experience, the initiative aims to empower both educators and learners who are shaping the future of Rwanda.
